Gym Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Gym Manager to lead daily operations, drive membership growth, and ensure an exceptional experience for our members. The role combines operational oversight with team leadership in a fast‑paced fitness environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations and maintain smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and high member satisfaction.
• Monitor staff performance and uphold service standards.
• Manage schedules, facility standards, and health & safety compliance.
• Drive membership sales and achieve business targets.
• Develop, implement, and monitor SOPs and KPIs to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on usage, sales, and revenue.
• Perform additional duties related to gym management as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in fitness, retail, or service industries.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Goal‑oriented with a focus on customer experience and business performance.
