Hotel Server – Guest Service & F&B

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Server to join our Accor‑affiliated hotel. You will be the face of our Food & Beverage department, delivering memorable service to guests while supporting the team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with inquiries, menu information and special requests.
• Handle complaints following established standards and procedures.
• Report for duty according to the rota, maintain a clean appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and sign the attendance record at the start and end of each shift.
• Provide prompt, confident service that exceeds guest expectations across all F&B outlets.
• Maintain full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, garnishes, ingredients and preparation methods.
• Follow safety, sanitation and outlet policies at all times.
• When fully competent, coach and train new staff alongside the Manager and Lead Servers.

Required profile

• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Computer‑savvy and able to use hotel systems, preferably Opera or a similar PMS.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, remain calm and courteous, and collaborate effectively with teammates.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
