Housekeeping Supervisor – Full-time, On-site

About the role

The Housekeeping Supervisor will lead daily housekeeping operations at Amman Paradise Hotel, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with the front office, laundry team, and maintenance to guarantee timely room readiness and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily cleaning tasks for housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to verify compliance with cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with the laundry department to manage linen inventory and guest amenities.
• Report maintenance issues and track resolution progress.
• Train, mentor, and provide performance feedback to team members.
• Handle guest requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and housekeeping activities.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory abilities, including task delegation and performance monitoring.
• Hands‑on housekeeping experience with knowledge of room and public area cleaning standards.
• Experience in laundry operations and linen handling.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to train and mentor staff while promoting a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Attention to detail, time‑management, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand, move, lift, and carry items as required.
