HR Business Partner Director

About the role

The HR Business Partner Director will act as a strategic bridge between business leaders and the HR function, ensuring that talent initiatives align with Orange Jordan’s growth objectives. This senior role involves shaping people strategies, managing core HR processes, and fostering a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to oversee recruitment, internal mobility, learning & development, and performance management.
• Lead targeted HR initiatives that address specific business unit needs.
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular engagement.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, ensuring employee satisfaction and business results.
• Act as a trusted advisor in complex employee matters, ensuring fairness and alignment with company values.
• Participate in business unit leadership meetings and advise on organization structures and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, offering practical guidance and ensuring consistent policy application.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal requirements to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Coach managers on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
• Monitor labor costs and headcount, recommending redeployment or restructuring as needed.
• Communicate HR updates clearly across the organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior HR business partner or director role, preferably within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of Jordanian labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on aligning HR initiatives to business strategy.
