Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for Cloud 7 Residence Aqaba, a luxury waterfront resort operated by Kerten Hospitality. Reporting to senior leadership, the role is responsible for attracting, developing and retaining talent to support the resort’s growth and service excellence. The resort comprises 75 fully serviced residences, a presidential villa and a vibrant ecosystem of dining, retail and leisure amenities, providing a dynamic environment for HR initiatives. Located in Aqaba, Jordan, the property offers direct access to beach clubs, water sports, golf courses and adventure parks, creating a unique employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies to ensure the resort attracts top talent.
• Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Jordanian labour law and Kerten Hospitality standards.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution and disciplinary processes in a fair and professional manner.
• Oversee training programmes, performance management and career development initiatives.
• Drive employee engagement through recognition programmes, wellness activities and other initiatives.
