About the role
We are looking for an HR Data Entry & Implementation Associate to support the rollout of HR solutions across municipalities. You will manage large volumes of employee data, ensure its accuracy, and assist the project team during migration, testing, and go‑live phases.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review, organize and maintain employee data received from municipalities.
- Enter, update and validate records in Excel templates and designated HR systems.
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation and validation to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare project trackers, status reports and data progress logs.
- Support data migration activities, including mapping, verification and uploads.
- Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating records and reporting issues.
- Coordinate with municipal representatives to gather missing information and resolve data‑related problems.
- Monitor implementation activities, provide updates and escalate risks when necessary.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proactive communication and problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Filters, Sorting, Formulas).
- Data entry and data management.
- Data cleansing and data validation.
- Reporting and documentation.
- Basic understanding of HR systems and data migration concepts.
