About the role
We are looking for an HR Data Entry & Implementation Associate to support the rollout of HR solutions across multiple municipalities. The role focuses on accurate data handling, Excel‑based processing, and hands‑on assistance during data migration, testing, and system go‑live phases.
Key responsibilities
- Collect, review, organize, and maintain employee data received from municipalities.
- Enter, update, and validate records in Excel templates and designated HR systems.
- Perform data cleansing, reconciliation, and validation to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare project trackers, status reports, and data progress logs.
- Assist with data migration activities, including mapping, verification, and uploads.
- Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating employee records.
- Coordinate with municipal representatives to obtain missing information and address data‑related issues.
- Provide timely updates on implementation tasks and escalate risks when necessary.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of HR data accurately.
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with municipal stakeholders and project teams.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of employee information.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting, Filters, Sorting, Formulas).
- Data entry, data management, data cleansing, and data validation.
- Reporting and documentation.
- Basic understanding of HR systems and data migration concepts.
