HR Manager – Medical Sector

About the role

Key Jordan is seeking a strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function within the medical sector. The role will shape people strategies, drive performance, and partner with leadership to support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle: workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with Jordanian Labor Law and all relevant HR regulations.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage performance management, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation and benefits administration and provide market‑based recommendations.
• Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports to support strategic decision‑making.
• Partner with department managers to address workforce needs and provide HR guidance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team while fostering a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master's or HR certification is a plus).
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Previous experience in healthcare, medical, pharmaceutical or hospital settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
