HR & Operations Officer

About the role

The HR & Operations Officer will oversee daily HR operations for our corporate clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate payroll processing, and full compliance with local labour and tax regulations. This position sits at the intersection of human resources and service delivery, supporting both client organisations and their co‑employed workforces.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee life‑cycle for client accounts, from contract preparation and onboarding to ongoing employment management and off‑boarding.
• Execute monthly payroll runs, calculate income‑tax deductions, and track commissions, KPIs and allowances.
• Handle Social Security registrations, monthly declarations and terminations, guaranteeing compliance with regional labour and tax laws.
• Respond to client recruitment requests, source candidates and maintain hiring pipelines to meet head‑count targets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries on legal employment, payroll calculations and local labour practices, resolving issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within an Outsourcing or Employer of Record (EOR) environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour legislation, social security systems and corporate/individual income‑tax structures.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume, multi‑company payroll systems and client‑facing HR operations.
