About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support the HR team at The Ritz‑Carlton Amman. In this full‑time, onsite role you will handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our employee services running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems and employee personnel files.
  • Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail and manage HR supplies.
  • Answer phone calls, record messages and welcome guests in line with brand standards.
  • Assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures and maintain the application area.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries about HR policies and programs.
  • Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues and ensure confidentiality of records.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation, including interview files and I‑9 forms.
  • Report accidents, injuries or unsafe conditions to the manager.
  • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • At least one year of relevant HR or administrative experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
