Human Resources Generalist

About the role

Arkan Tech is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Generalist to join its Amman office. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management while supporting a fast‑growing technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily HR activities, including recruitment support and new‑hire onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Implement and communicate HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Coordinate performance review cycles and learning & development initiatives.
• Administer employee benefits, handle enrollment updates, and respond to HR‑related inquiries.
• Collaborate with managers and staff to foster an inclusive and efficient workplace.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources or HR Management, preferably with generalist experience.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Jordanian labor laws.
• Experience in benefits administration and employee support.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work accurately in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in the technology or e‑commerce sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or other HR systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with general HR tools and software.
