Human Resources Officer

About the role

Beanz is a fast‑growing coffee‑tech platform operating across the GCC. We are looking for a hands‑on Human Resources Officer to become the trusted point of contact for our multi‑national team and to own the day‑to‑day people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including scheduling, screening and delivering a great candidate experience.
• Serve as the go‑to person for employee questions, concerns and workplace matters.
• Handle hiring discussions, contracts and all HR documentation.
• Administer and maintain HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
• Lead smooth onboarding and off‑boarding experiences.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, engagement and retention initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience in a tech company, startup or the wider startup ecosystem.
• High emotional intelligence, discretion and strong ethical judgment.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities calmly.
