Human Resources Officer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resources Officer to join our HR team. The role will manage day‑to‑day HR operations, support the employee lifecycle, administer health‑insurance benefits, and ensure compliance with company policies in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer employee health insurance, handling enrollments, cancellations, renewals and invoice reconciliation.
• Prepare employment contracts, official HR letters and maintain employee documentation.
• Coordinate the full hiring process, including contract signing, personnel file creation, system setup and documentation.
• Conduct orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
• Monitor probation periods and coordinate performance evaluations.
• Track fixed‑term contracts and ensure timely renewals.
• Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews and manage end‑of‑service clearance.
• Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
• Coordinate medical leave approvals according to company policy.
• Support employee recognition and reward programs.
• Assist payroll preparation by maintaining accurate employee data.
• Operate and maintain HR records using KayanHR.
• Manage incoming and outgoing HR correspondence.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience, policies and processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide high‑level HR support.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Solid knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations.
• Experience in health‑insurance administration.
• Good understanding of payroll processes and HR documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with KayanHR or similar HRIS.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
