Indirect Channel Lead

About the role

The Indirect Channel Lead will manage end‑to‑end distributor relationships across assigned markets, ensuring strong performance, compliance and sustainable growth for Medtronic’s medical technology portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead distributor onboarding, appointment, renewal and non‑renewal processes in line with company policies and regional strategy.
• Drive distributor sales performance, market‑share growth and execution against KPIs and MPQs.
• Conduct regular business reviews covering sales performance, pipeline, forecast accuracy and execution discipline.
• Collaborate with internal Commercial Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Contracts and Compliance teams to align on commercial strategy and new product launches.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective and growth action plans, while managing escalations and risks.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in the healthcare/MedTech sector with strong exposure to indirect channel and distributor management.
• Proven ability to work in complex, matrix organisations and manage multiple internal stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and Arabic.
• Business Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).
