Sales Associate – CX & AI Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Associate – CX & AI Solutions you will drive new business acquisition and pipeline development for our cutting‑edge Customer Experience and Artificial Intelligence product portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients replace legacy systems with AI‑driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and qualify new leads; develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Promote CX and AI‑powered solutions, prepare presentations and product demos, and stay updated on market trends.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and coordinate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, submit forecasts and activity reports, and support negotiations to close deals.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/software sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented mindset with good command of English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot and Sales Navigator.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
