About the role

Blueline, a leading fashion retailer in Jordan, is seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused Salespersons to join its retail team. You will assist customers, deliver excellent service, and help achieve store sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about products, sizes, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain high customer service standards and keep the sales floor clean and well‑presented.
• Support stock replenishment and product availability.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or retail preferred; fashion retail is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a presentable, customer‑focused appearance.
