Sales Manager – Vehicles Spare Parts

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager for Vehicles Spare Parts to lead our commercial operations in Jordan. You will own the commercial agenda, formulate sales strategies, manage product portfolios and cultivate key B2B relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Control pricing and discounts, track margins, and adjust pricing based on market dynamics.
• Oversee demand forecasting, inventory rotation and promotional campaigns for spare parts, batteries and lubricants.
• Build and nurture strategic B2B partnerships with fleets, service centers, workshops and distributors.
• Lead, mentor and train sales engineers and field representatives, setting KPIs and incentive frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance and Procurement on credit management, collections and stock turnover.
• Report performance dashboards to the Regional Commercial Director using ERP/CRM and Excel.

Required profile

• 15+ years progressive sales experience in automotive aftermarket and spare parts trading.
• Deep knowledge of the Jordanian automotive ecosystem and distribution tiers.
• Proven leadership of sales teams with quota and KPI management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Native or fluent Arabic and professional English proficiency.
