About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Sales & Content Creator to join our on‑site team. The role blends sales activities with content creation and social‑media support to promote our consulting services and training programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle sales inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media, follow up leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
  • Maintain accurate client records, follow‑up logs and sales reports using Excel.
  • Create promotional visuals with Canva, write captions, publish posts and engage with comments on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, sales materials and coordinate with the team to keep promotional content up to date.

Required profile

  • Strong communication and customer‑service skills with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
  • Organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and work both independently and within a team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and basic reporting.
  • Ability to create professional designs using Canva.
