Industrial Electrical Engineer / Technician

About the role

Lacrima, a leading dairy producer, is looking for an experienced Industrial Electrical Engineer or Technician to join its Maintenance Engineering team. The role focuses on keeping highly automated cheese production and packaging lines running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive and emergency electrical maintenance on production and utility lines.
• Diagnose, analyze and resolve complex electrical faults on automated dairy processing equipment.
• Maintain, program and troubleshoot classic and advanced control systems, including VFDs and automated sensors.
• Read, interpret and update electrical schematics, engineering drawings and technical manuals.
• Collaborate with production staff to drive continuous operational improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on electrical maintenance experience in an industrial setting.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing, dairy or FMCG plants is highly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical certification in Electrical Engineering, Automation or a related field.
• Strong mechanical‑electrical troubleshooting skills on live production lines.
