Information Technology Officer

About the role

The Information Technology Officer will ensure the smooth operation of the company’s SAP system and other business applications. This role provides day‑to‑day technical support, monitors system performance, and assists users across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily SAP operations and act as the primary point of contact for SAP‑related issues.
• Support, monitor and troubleshoot the Olives system and other enterprise applications.
• Extract, analyse and manage data using SQL, producing regular reports for management.
• Maintain system documentation, user accounts, access rights and permissions.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve technical problems and implement system improvements.
• Assist in system configuration, updates, testing and rollout of new functionalities.
• Track system performance, identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP, including daily operation and user support.
• Experience with the Olives system is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, analysis and reporting.
