Inside Sales Consultant

About the role

Syscort is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Consultant to join its commercial team. You will generate qualified business opportunities, nurture leads, and support the sales pipeline across the UAE, India, and global markets, working closely with sales, marketing, and practice leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and marketing campaigns.
• Research target companies, identify key decision‑makers, and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Business Development and Consulting teams.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM and sales‑automation platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute demand‑generation campaigns and follow up on leads.
• Record all customer interactions and opportunities accurately in the CRM.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client challenges and propose suitable services.
• Work with Practice Heads and Sales Managers to develop account‑penetration strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly KPIs.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation or B2B Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
