About the role

Jo Academy, a pioneering EdTech company based in Amman, Jordan, is seeking creative Instructional Designers to join its ID team. The role involves transforming scientific and academic concepts into engaging videos, educational games, and visually rich digital learning experiences for school students.

Key responsibilities

• Write creative educational storyboards for videos that connect academic and scientific concepts to real‑life contexts.
• Transform textbook content into engaging visual learning experiences inspired by contemporary media and digital storytelling techniques.
• Generate ideas for educational games, simulations, and virtual experiments.
• Design entertaining edutainment content across a variety of school subjects.
• Contribute to the development of creative standards and learning‑experience guidelines for innovative educational products.
• Create instructional templates that maintain quality and consistency across learning materials.
• Apply modern instructional design principles to ensure effective learning outcomes.

Required profile
