About the role

MetLife Jordan is looking for ambitious individuals to join its team as Insurance Sales Consultants. This is a 100% commission‑based position with no basic salary, ideal for candidates motivated by unlimited earning potential and a passion for helping clients protect their future.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive 3‑month training program covering insurance products, sales techniques, CRM, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare for and pass the Central Bank of Jordan licensing examination.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture long‑term client relationships.

Required profile
