About the role
Accor is seeking an IT Coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of its technology infrastructure across its hospitality locations. The role involves overseeing the maintenance, configuration, and support of hardware, software and network systems, providing timely solutions to keep business processes running efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and repair IT systems, including servers, workstations and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network faults reported by employees.
- Install, configure and update hardware and software applications in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor network performance and address connectivity issues to ensure reliable service.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to end‑users, documenting solutions and procedures.
Required profile
- Strong oral communication skills to gather information and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Analytical mindset with proven problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective time‑management to deliver updates and fixes within agreed timelines.
Required skills
- High‑level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications.
