About the role
Network International is seeking an IT Project Management Officer to support the IT & Acquiring PMO Head in delivering technology projects across its regional operations. The role involves preparing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet their objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Attend client meetings and evaluate project requirements.
- Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and detailed solution designs.
- Maintain project documentation and calendars using project‑management tools.
- Write and distribute meeting minutes to all team members.
- Manage tasks, resources, and project schedules.
- Monitor operational and technical issues, raising them to the PM as needed.
- Prepare project reports, change requests, and maintain risk, issue, and stakeholder logs.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
- Project‑management training (CAPM or equivalent); PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
- 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
