About the role

Network International is seeking an IT Project Management Officer to support the IT & Acquiring PMO Head in delivering technology projects across its regional operations. The role involves preparing project documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring projects meet their objectives.

Key responsibilities

Attend client meetings and evaluate project requirements.
Develop Statements of Work (SOW) and detailed solution designs.
Maintain project documentation and calendars using project‑management tools.
Write and distribute meeting minutes to all team members.
Manage tasks, resources, and project schedules.
Monitor operational and technical issues, raising them to the PM as needed.
Prepare project reports, change requests, and maintain risk, issue, and stakeholder logs.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in IT or Engineering.
Project‑management training (CAPM or equivalent); PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum Master certifications are a plus.
0‑2 years of relevant experience.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
