IT Project Manager

About the role

The IT Project Manager will lead client‑facing technical projects covering data‑center and network infrastructure, business continuity, disaster recovery, and information and cyber security. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from planning through implementation, coordinating resources, managing budgets and ensuring performance against agreed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate internal resources to deliver outcomes in line with signed agreements.
• Ensure projects are completed within defined time, scope, quality and cost constraints.
• Define success criteria with stakeholders, verify technical feasibility and maintain quality standards.
• Manage scope, schedule and cost changes using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance, track issues and risks, and apply mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
• Conduct regular status meetings, produce reports and keep comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify and manage project dependencies throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience managing technical projects, preferably within the software domain.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects in data‑center, network, continuity or security contexts.
