IT Quality Control Officer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented IT Quality Control Officer to join our team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of our digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute functional, integration, regression, and system testing for IT applications and digital services.
• Review business requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
• Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• Identify, document, track, and follow up on defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Development, Business, and other IT teams to ensure issues are properly analyzed and resolved.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and new releases.
• Support UAT activities and ensure solutions meet defined business and technical requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and quality processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT Quality Control or Software Testing.
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector is an advantage.
