IT Support Officer

About the role

Amman Academy, an international IB school in Jordan, is seeking an IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technology assistance to staff and classrooms. The role involves maintaining a reliable IT environment that supports teaching and administrative activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support to staff.
• Install and configure smartboards, computers, printers and other IT equipment.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 and user account management.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and basic network issues.
• Maintain IT inventory and related documentation.
• Support classroom and office technology as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous IT support experience preferred but not essential.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networking.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
