About the role

Join BairesDev’s Incident Response Team as a Java Technical Support Engineer. You will monitor Java‑based applications, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to keep critical systems running smoothly. The position is fully remote and open to candidates with varying levels of experience who are passionate about Java and technical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
• Monitor system performance and react to alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in Java applications.
• Document incidents, root causes, and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with development teams to suggest improvements.
• Participate in process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with Java development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with support or incident‑response environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English (advanced level).
