Java Technical Support Engineer (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a Java Technical Support Engineer to join our Incident Response Team. In this remote position you will monitor Java‑based applications, respond to alerts, and help resolve technical issues, ensuring high availability for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support coverage during business hours.
• Monitor system performance and react to alerts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in Java applications.
• Document incidents, root causes and solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements.
• Participate in process‑enhancement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience with Java development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with support or incident‑response environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills in English.
