Junior Accountant – Fresh Graduate

About the role

Kasselsoft is seeking an ambitious fresh graduate to join a combined accounting and HR function. You will work with the company’s ERP system, handle daily financial transactions, and support payroll and employee record management from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Record all financial transactions in the ERP system, including journal entries, invoices, receipts and payments.
• Track company payments from request through approval to settlement, ensuring full documentation.
• Conduct internal audits of transactions and supporting documents for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist with financial evaluations, asset and inventory valuation, and cost analysis.
• Prepare bank, vendor and customer reconciliations and support month‑end and year‑end closing.
• Manage Daman (social security) registration, monthly contributions and employee insurance matters.
• Prepare monthly payroll, monitor attendance, leaves and overtime, and maintain employee files.
• Support recruitment activities, onboarding, contract preparation and end‑of‑service calculations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Basic knowledge of auditing, HR procedures and labor law is a plus.
• High attention to detail, integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (or willingness to learn quickly).
