Junior English & Arabic Content Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Junior English & Arabic Content Manager to join our Dubai headquarters. You will be responsible for creating, translating, and optimizing bilingual content that powers the largest ticketing platform in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Create, revise, and edit Arabic and English copy for events, venues, FAQs, and UX micro‑texts.
• Translate and adapt English content into Arabic while maintaining tone and accuracy.
• Review and quality‑check existing translations for grammatical correctness and brand consistency.
• Upload and manage content through internal back‑office and CMS tools following defined workflows.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability and search performance.
• Support marketing, product, and sales teams with translation requests for decks, presentations, and promotional texts.
• Write compelling headlines, calls‑to‑action, category labels, and other micro‑copy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience writing and editing content in both English and Arabic.
• Commitment to 100 % human‑written content and translations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Creative flair for headlines, descriptions, and CTAs.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
