Junior Full Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, self‑driven Junior Full Stack Developer to join our IT team. As the sole developer, you will own the management, development and maintenance of websites and internal applications while receiving guidance when needed. This position is ideal for someone eager to grow, take responsibility and work across the full development stack.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage websites and web applications, writing clean, scalable front‑end and back‑end code.
• Support the enhancement of internal applications and perform code verification and testing to ensure quality standards.
• Assist with deployment of applications and websites, including basic cloud deployments, and manage version control using Git.
• Troubleshoot issues independently, propose solutions, and provide technical support to stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with modern technologies, contribute to process improvements and undertake additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of practical experience in full‑stack development or equivalent.
• Proven experience with PHP, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git and database management (MongoDB, MySQL).
• Strong sense of ownership, self‑motivation and problem‑solving mindset.
