Junior Recruitment Specialist – GCC Market

About the role

Developed Knowledge Recruitment Co (DKRC) connects regional talent with the thriving GCC market. We are seeking a motivated Junior Recruitment Specialist to join our Amman office and build a career in professional recruitment and executive search.

Key responsibilities

• Use advanced search techniques on LinkedIn and other professional platforms to source high‑caliber candidates for GCC‑based roles.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical competence, cultural fit and English proficiency.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional journey from application to placement.
• Review, re‑format and standardise CVs to align with DKRC’s presentation standards.
• Maintain and update the internal candidate database with accurate information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 6 months‑1 year recruitment agency experience is a plus.
• Excellent command of English for screening and correspondence.
• Organised, minimalist work style with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone/video presence.
