Junior Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Junior Recruitment Specialist supports the end‑to‑end recruitment and selection process. The role coordinates activities, maintains candidate records and ensures a smooth hiring experience while complying with company policies and Jordanian labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all recruitment and selection activities in line with company procedures.
• Publish job advertisements on approved channels and monitor applications.
• Screen resumes, prepare shortlists and schedule assessments, tests and interviews.
• Communicate interview details to candidates and follow up on feedback with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, databases and HRMS information.
• Conduct reference checks, background verification and prepare employment offer documentation.
• Collect and verify employment documents, support onboarding and coordinate new‑joiner requirements.
• Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, university engagement and employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate information and compliance with Jordanian labour law and procurement procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, including interviewing and hiring.
• Familiarity with tools and channels used to advertise job openings.
• Understanding of ISO 9001:2018 is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
