Junior Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our sales team as a Junior Sales Development Representative. You will introduce our services to marketing executives across the United States, uncover potential opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers.
• Engage with titles such as Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify prospects by building rapport, asking thoughtful questions and identifying good fits.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑plays and coaching to continuously improve sales skills.

Required profile

• Recent graduate, career changer or motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
• Clear spoken English easily understood by U.S. customers.
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision‑makers over the phone.
• Active listener who asks insightful questions.
• Coachable, resilient and curious about businesses.
