Junior Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

As a Junior Supply Chain Specialist you will support end‑to‑end supply chain operations for Freudenberg Vileda Jordan Ltd. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth procurement, import/export, logistics coordination and customs clearance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage export documentation, invoicing and shipment coordination.
• Handle purchase orders, follow up with suppliers and prepare procurement reports.
• Coordinate import processes, ensuring timely documentation and delivery.
• Arrange and track sea, land and air freight shipments.
• Support logistics tendering and monitor freight costs.
• Oversee customs clearance and liaise with customs agents.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and alignment with Finance for suppliers, freight and clearance.
• Manage FedEx account activities for samples and document shipments.
• Maintain proper physical and digital filing of all documents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of supply chain processes and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement.
• Basic knowledge of import/export procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
