Kids Club Attendant

About the role

Join a leading hotel within the Accor network and become the friendly face of the Kids Club. You will create a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families, ensuring memorable experiences that reflect the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families with a warm, friendly attitude.
• Supervise children at all times, guaranteeing safety and well‑being.
• Plan, organize and lead recreational, educational and creative activities such as arts & crafts, games, storytelling and themed events.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well‑organized Kids Club space, ensuring all equipment and toys are in good condition.
• Follow hotel policies, child‑protection procedures and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Report any incidents, accidents or concerns promptly to the supervisor.
• Build positive relationships with children and parents, supporting special events, birthday parties and holiday programmes.
• Keep accurate attendance records and obtain required parental consent where applicable.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children in hospitality, childcare, education or recreation is preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, patient, creative and enthusiastic personality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
