Klaviyo Account Manager / Email Strategist for E‑commerce Brands

About the role

AA Sends, a leading email, SMS and WhatsApp marketing agency in the MENA region, is looking for a Klaviyo Account Manager / Email Strategist to own the full lifecycle of email marketing for fast‑growing e‑commerce brands. You will act as the primary liaison between our internal team and each client, ensuring strategies drive revenue without additional ad spend.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including automated flows and weekly campaigns.
• Build, maintain, and continuously optimise Klaviyo flows with regular A/B testing.
• Design, test and optimise high‑converting pop‑up forms.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, leading calls and handling revision requests.
• Lead a pod of specialists, coordinating daily check‑ins, quality control and deadline management.
• Produce weekly performance reports, conduct in‑depth Klaviyo audits, and deliver monthly performance decks.
• Maintain clean Klaviyo profiles, suppress inactive contacts and manage billing efficiencies.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships end‑to‑end.
• Detail‑oriented and able to meet tight response and delivery timelines.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on revenue generation and client retention.
• Experience working with e‑commerce brands or marketing agencies is preferred.
