Lead Proposal Engineer

About the role

Dar, a global multidisciplinary consulting firm, is seeking a Lead Proposal Engineer to own medium‑scale proposal management from initiation through award. You will coordinate technical and financial inputs, ensure compliance with client and internal standards, and drive high‑quality submissions across multiple disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full proposal lifecycle, from RFP review to submission and post‑tender responses.
• Develop and validate technical and financial data for assigned bids.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to meet client requirements and industry benchmarks.
• Provide discipline‑specific support to colleagues handling other proposals.
• Lead the integration of technical content in multidisciplinary bids.
• Act as the primary contact for client clarifications and manage communications.
• Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and promote safe work practices.
• Promote best practices in proposal management and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a recognized institution.
• 9–12 years of experience in proposal preparation and design management.
• Proven experience with tendering processes and engineering design.
• Strong understanding of technical and financial aspects of proposals.
