Learning & Development Manager

About the role

The Learning & Development Manager drives company values and ensures training activities are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working with property leadership, the role identifies development needs and delivers effective training to achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs, focusing on product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, design and develop training programs, and facilitate delivery of both custom and corporate courses.
• Measure training effectiveness, monitor enrollment and attendance, and assess transfer of learning to operations.
• Develop training plans and budgets, align programs with business indicators, and manage departmental expenses.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure employees demonstrate technical and leadership competencies.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with 2 years relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with certification as a trainer (no experience required).
• Certified trainer status.
