Regional Human Resources Director

About the role

FutureTEC is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Director to lead people strategy, HR governance, organizational development, and workforce planning across Kuwait, Jordan and Bahrain. This senior leadership position works closely with the CEO and executive team to build scalable HR practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional HR strategy aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organizational design, grading structures and role clarity.
• Establish regional HR policies, governance frameworks, performance management and compensation structures.
• Oversee talent management, succession planning, leadership development and employee capability initiatives.
• Provide governance for Talent Acquisition, ensuring recruitment aligns with workforce plans and budgets.
• Manage HR Operations including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, leave management and compliance with labor laws.
• Lead complex employee relations matters and develop HR dashboards covering headcount, turnover, recruitment and workforce cost.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• 12+ years progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership roles.
• Proven experience managing a broad HR function across multiple countries or regions.
• Strong knowledge of HR governance, organizational design, workforce planning and performance management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity, discretion and professional judgment; excellent command of English, Arabic advantageous.
