Family Operations Team Leader (Head of Family Operations)

About the role

The Family Operations Team Leader will head the local Family Operations team in Jordan, driving family acquisition, streamer engagement, retention and revenue growth within the BIGO LIVE MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage the Family Operations team, set targets, allocate tasks, conduct performance reviews and coach team members.
• Develop and execute monthly and quarterly family operations plans, overseeing new family/agency acquisition, onboarding, activation and revenue growth.
• Analyze family revenue, streamer performance and KPIs, identify anomalies, root causes and turn insights into actionable improvement plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with family/agency owners, key streamers and business partners, mitigating churn risks.
• Monitor Jordanian and MENA market trends, adapt execution to local needs and collaborate with regional management and cross‑functional partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, marketing or operations.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years of direct people‑management experience leading teams of 5 or more.
• Strong analytical skills, business acumen and ability to interpret complex KPI trends.
• Proven business development, negotiation and strategic relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English; familiarity with the MENA livestreaming market is a plus.
