About the role
We are seeking a Legal Manager to lead our labour law compliance efforts across the region. The role will focus on aligning our employment practices with Jordanian, UAE and Egyptian regulations, ensuring the organization operates within the legal framework.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance related to Jordanian labour laws.
- Support compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Review and advise on employment contracts, policies, and HR practices.
- Ensure organizational alignment with local legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- 4–5 years of professional experience in employment or labour law.
Required skills
- Strong expertise in Egyptian labour laws.
- Working knowledge of UAE labour laws.
- Ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in business contexts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
