Lending Solutions Transformation Lead Specialist

About the role

The Lending Solutions Transformation Lead Specialist will drive end‑to‑end transformation initiatives across lending and credit products, processes, and systems. This role ensures that projects are aligned with business objectives, delivered on time, and create scalable, customer‑centric solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver transformation initiatives across all geographies, coordinating Business, IT, Operations, and Risk.
• Assess current lending and credit processes, identify gaps, and design AS‑IS and TO‑BE models.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements such as BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Oversee testing, UAT participation, defect resolution, and smooth production releases.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance metrics using data analytics.
• Manage the transformation backlog, prioritize based on impact and risk, and drive change management.
• Identify innovative solutions, stay updated on industry trends, and foster continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and monitor team performance while addressing risks and bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in lending, credit, or transformation projects.
