About the role
We are looking for a motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent to join MetLife’s Jordan team. You will be responsible for driving new business, meeting sales targets and delivering high‑quality service to our clients in a professional environment. The role offers the chance to develop your career within a leading global insurer, working closely with a supportive team and accessing continuous training.
Key responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets using proven sales techniques.
- Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and coordinate client requirements with internal departments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, Insurance or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong communication and selling abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products is a plus.
