About the role
We are seeking a full‑time Lifeguard to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests at our swimming facilities in Amman. The successful candidate will monitor swimmers, respond to emergencies, and maintain a clean and welcoming pool environment.
Key responsibilities
- Observe the swimming area and intervene using appropriate rescue techniques when swimmers need assistance.
- Monitor for dangerous conditions, unsafe activities, and guests who are struggling.
- Promote facility rules, assist injured guests, and report accidents to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, towels, and surrounding areas.
- Perform routine inspections of equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects up to 50 lb unassisted and up to 75 lb with assistance.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and perform rescues for extended periods.
