Loss Prevention Supervisor

About the role

The Loss Prevention Supervisor ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at Al Manara a Luxury Collection Hotel. You will lead patrols, manage emergency response, and oversee key control across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel, secure rooms and monitor access to restricted zones.
• Conduct emergency drills, safety inspections, investigations and incident reporting.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured areas.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports and proprietary information.
• Support management in training, coaching and motivating security staff.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with guests, employees and authorities.
• Physical fitness to walk, run or jog as required and lift up to 50 lb unassisted.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies.
