Luxury Butler – Premium Guest Services

About the role

The Butler is the face of St. Regis’ iconic Butler program, delivering high‑touch, personalized service to luxury guests from pre‑arrival through departure. This full‑time position works closely with multiple hotel departments to create unforgettable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide bespoke guest experiences, anticipating and fulfilling needs before, during, and after stay.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and ensure all supporting departments are equipped to meet guest expectations.
• Build rapport with guests, acting as the primary luxury ambassador.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting, and placing objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Passion for service, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to anticipate guest needs.
